High Line Park in NYC...an old raised rail line turned into a park ...great place but would not work in San Francisco because the homeless people would eff it up!

I wanted a pic with Dad because I'm not sure I will get to see him again...it was nice to spend some time with him but very difficult. He needs help to get on and off the cart to do almost anything. he can get around very slowly using his walker, but he gets very tired when he walks anywhere...

great day after frost delay in mid August but the course which is
setup for Senior PGA event next week kicked my butt! Now off to play
Awbrey Glen GC in Bend....sure hope it is easier because I have super
hard one tomorrow morning, Tetherow GC.

a frost delay @ Crosswater Club in Sunriver just south of Bend...

they are holding the televised Senior PGA Jen Weld something or other
here in 2 weeks...so lots of tents....nope I cannot play from their
tees... hell I wouldn't even make it to the fairway on some of the
holes. over 200 yds carry to reach fairway from senior tees on some
holes...but I'm lucky I get to play the private course just before the
event...wish my golfing buddies were here

golf was great at Running Y GC... warm, 86, great Arnold Palmer
course...played with a retiree from Sacramento...very good player
about 1 hcp...I think I was able to ruin his game quite well!
